Have the damn guts to walk out on a meeting!

Take responsibility for your own productive time!

Agility is about autonomy. Autonomy means you‘re responsible for your time.

Sitting through meetings just because somebody invited you is not a responsible use of your time.

? Have the courage to decline meeting invitations, if you don‘t think you can provide or get value.

? Have the courage to leave a meeting, if you no longer can provide or get value.

Take accountability for your own time and productivity!

If you‘re a leader, set good examples. Show others that it‘s not only okay to decline or leave meetings, but that it‘s everybody‘s job to do so.
