? Stop arguing over frameworks and methodologies!

These are NOT what makes you agile.

? The grass is always greener on the other side. Debating whether scrum or kanban or something else is better will not get you anywhere. Sure, some are a better fit for certain circumstances; but if you arent‘t agile, neither choice will make you agile.

? I‘ve seen teams across the globe; some were doing scrum, some kanban, many were NOT agile at all with any of these!

To be agile takes a different culture, different values and fundamentally a different view of the human being ?

If you cannot adopt this view of the human being, no framework or methodology in the world will ever make you agile.
